Order Fulfillment
All items are made-to-order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipment.
Estimated Shipping Times
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Locations
We work with a global print-on-demand partner with fulfillment centers worldwide, so your order will ship from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes determined by your local customs office. These fees are not within our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please:
Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.
Ask your local post office.
Check with neighbors in case the courier left it with them.
If none of these resolve the issue, contact us and provide your order number. If the address provided was incorrect, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
General Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom-made for you.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong item.
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer size or color exchanges. Please refer to our size guides (within product description) before ordering.
If an item was mislabeled, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
